The fries were average, but nothing exceptional, and the vegan burger is perhaps the worst in Brussels.

We also h... read more We found it difficult to determine which dishes were vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore-friendly. The fries were not very flavorful and were quite greasy. We also had doubts about whether the fries were truly vegan. We were surprised that the burger did not come with a deconstructed mushroom tower as expected.

We told them it wasn’t what we ordered and explained what we actually asked for. Then we saw everyone else getting their food, even people who ordered after us—except for us. After waiting 20 minutes, we went to the cashier to ask about our order. She just pulled it out from beside her, saying they had forgotten to bring it out… The funny thing was, it still wasn’t our order, because it was made with different fries. When we pointed this out, the cashier girl rolled her eyes and made faces.
