a couple of years ago I had a eight-hour layover in Brussels, so I took the train to the city center and took the opportunity to eat in a vegan restaurant (moon foods, now sadly closed) and snacks for my 10-hour flight to get home in the usa. natural corner was an excellent foundation for me. it was super easy to go from the local sights in the inner city and the load had many vegan snacks and staples from which you... I like that, there is a large food department. Nice when they try budget travel and also try to get less waste and have access to a kitchen to cook in a hostel or something. price seemed ok View all feedback.
That was a nicer load to grab what we needed. well, if you travel with a maid who needs food or wants to store it. our hotel had no place to cook, or we would have tried more!
They have a lot of vegan stuff and excellent brands (like wilmerburger chease or mushroom flavoured seitan by Maya a small belgian company, or the veganaise with a star on the label Belgians and Dutch are super found of); it 's also the only place where I know I 'll find Trumpets of the death. Finally, I know that several employees are vegan, which makes the place feel quite valuable.
Decent organic shop with a large selection in ratio to the space they have. Quite convenient by its central location in Brussels as well as its opening hours (until 20h during the week and open on Sunday). Prices match the brussels organic market.
This shop offers the usual organic range, including fresh vegetables, a range of bulk products, and a good selection of vegan substitutes. It's easy to reach from the central station, and the staff is very friendly. Some of them are vegans and can offer useful advice; including one nutritionist who works there part-time since may 2016. They usually offer a 5% discount on your total.
I thought this was a great place to stock up on breakfast supplies it had lots of different kinds of muesli and granola, as well as a great selection of vegan yoghurts. There are also plenty of snack bars, biscuits and general groceries as well. A great find in the city centre.
