Exki Schuman - Brussels

A great place to rest the tired legs after the trail to the nearby muses. Note: this facility was visited before deregulation of social distancing.

Several options to get out, hot, cold or pre-packed. at this place there is the choice to sit down or up stairs. there are many seats and rooms to sit. all articles have listed the ingredients, but they are in French and Dutch. I had the pre-packed rice, red beans, nuts, and a thirsty puff. it was really good and perfect for a afternoon snack.

This is a small caffe and business combined with a focus on organic and sustainable food. vegetarians have some options that are clearly marked with a green spot, but I found only a broth, a few prepacked salads and some dark chocolates that were suitable for vegans.

I had a pack with raw beet, carrot and coriander. it tasted really good and a rhabarb bangs. they also have vegan milk for the coffee.

You can find Exki in many streets in Brussels, so we ate in different places, but in each of them the only vegan food we found was fruit, bread, mini salads and one or two soups of the day. Good for a snack in a nice place.
