The service was perfect, the team is really kind and helpful, I really liked the non-alcoholic pairing offered, the dishes were an explosion of flavors, one after the other, incredible, I will definitely be back, I had a really good time. The atmosphere and design combined cha... read more We visited the restaurant to celebrate a seventieth birthday. From the moment we entered, we fell in love with the place. The atmosphere and design combined charm and beauty with a sense of ease. It was clear that every little detail had been thoughtfully considered, with functional and beautiful uses of recycled items (painted tennis balls in shades of orange and red to reduce noise in the restaurant, glasses made from wine bottles, and walls adorned with a magnificent display of papers and newspapers), along with shelves full of beautiful and fascinating books. The food, called “The Journey,” truly felt like one. From the very first bite to the last, two and a half hours passed in the blink of an eye. We chose non-alcoholic drinks to accompany the meal, and they were no less of an artwork than the dishes themselves. We also had a 10-year-old child with us, who thoroughly enjoyed the rich and flavorful culinary experience. A heartfelt thank you to the restaurant, the chef, the kitchen staff, and our servers, who made the experience unforgettable. For this experience alone, it is worth coming to Brussels! Thank you. The vibe was relaxed and not stuffy, and we appreciated that the music was quiet and added a nice ambience. There aren’t many vegetarian places like this one, so I do think it is special and worth the money. We had the meal with the alcohol pairing and enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t all paired with wine. The two sakes we had one with the cheese course and one with the dessert were exceptional, I wish I could remember what they were called so I could buy some bottles! The food was very tasty and varied, with a lot of consideration given to texture as well. The service was friendly and they were quite attentive, ensuring that the pace of the meal was neither too slow or too fast.
