No warning where about the bad service reviews, the two ladies who were waiting for us were excellent, friendly and attentive.

Great service, great food quality, great atmospheric perfect price/quality rapport I recommand the people are profesional and nice with customers, super available and I was never destroyed by the food.

Great decor and ambiente. but you have a restaurant for good food! we had the pate to begin, which was at best in the average. we ordered a herzogin for three, but came out lamb. it was replaced, but we had two eating and three waiting. the other two had ordered fish, but it was overcooked. massive dissapointment as we have regained this place. the service was ok and the personal was appologetic.

Eating was bad. very expensive for low quality. we had the steak that was not clearly understated. the rest was very foodcourt like, which is very disappointing for a presumably good restaurant. the dressings were bought clearly, the presentation was ugly. wein was very cheap. the personal was nice. would not recommend.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Brussels but I have never been treated with such distain and frankly, rudeness, by restaurant staff/ owner in my life. I know it is difficult at the moment for this industry, but a little charm would go a long way. Great food and nice atmosphere but I won't be bringing anyone back here.
