I booked a room in 3 months from now, and it was clearly stated that I only would pay upon arrival and the cancellation free prior to my check in by 5 days. Eventually the hotel tried to charge my card the full amount after the booking was made by 24 hrs which is prior to my check in by 3 months and whrn they couldnt, they cancel the booking, I tried to communicate with them to sort it out but they were completely rude. Now they theaten me that in case I posted a review, they would report me to the embassy, so that I cant get my visa!!!

We had the worst experience. The rooms stink, not clean, smelled like a cigarette smoke, Bathrooms were gross. The staff were very unprofessional, they don't respect customer. The receptionist and the hotel manager are very rude specially the night crews, The room not comfortable talked to the front desk they said our families can leave if we are not accepting . It was a horrible it even have the previous guest bags still in the room so we went back to the front desk to let them know and we have to help the cleaning lady to clean the room. The place horrendous and disgusting I'm surprised they even have a business. Do not waste your money for this hotel.

It's a 2 stars hotel with a nice rooms according to the hotel category. Reception 24h, it offers breakfast and has vending machines for soft drinks and coffe. All the recepcionists are very kind and helpful. If you are looking for an economic hotel without luxury in Brussels and close to the Grand Place (just 10 mins on foot), this is your hotel.

It was a really nice stay, good price, not far from the center, and really nice staff.

First of all the photos from website is not corresponding to reality. I had booked the room for 4 people however when i call the hotel manager to receive the confirmation of my booking, he advised to me that the only triple room is available, so i ask him to cancel my booking. I did it in ample time. But later on i realized that money gone from my card. After that i contacted hotel burry again to ask them to return money and they declined.
