Rating a 3 because the staff was friendly and efficient. The food though is a 2 at best. We shared a panini that had 1 slice of deli ham with the cheese and tomatoes; the bread was dry like a cracker. Shared the waffle in the pic, where looks are deceiving, not what I expected for my first waffle in Belgium. It was cold with no flavor.
