Bought three items roughly a month ago although the store manager was already very rude when I tried on a cardigan in the middle of the store as I didn’t want to queue for +30mins at the changing rooms just for that. Had to take two items back because they broke after only a few times of wearing and was again treated very rudely by the store manager as if I wanted to scam them when it was clear that the seam had dissolved and it could not have been my fault. Crazy to treat customers like that when it’s their products that are of poor quality. Won’t buy there again, after all it’s just a pricier H&M and still fast fashion. In that price range there are a lot of good sustainable alternatives with products that don’t break immediately.

Me and my friends would go to this shop every weekend for their delicious pastries, no other place in Brussels has such tasty pastries. And yet they have gotten rid of the cafe very sad. The good thing is that this cafe is in almost every shop abroad and you can find the same delicious baked treats, just sadly not in Brussels anymore.
