It's like having a problem with yourself. The local culture and intercultural friendships are wonderful but home is home and La Piola is a small, warm and welcoming place like a hug of an old friend you do not know well but that you know that you are fond of him because in the end it looks like a lot and inside there are beautiful people and ugly people, as in the whole world, as you are every day. I made an important decision deciding to emigrate because in addition to the shame of the beautiful country I left behind all the rest and I know that in this place I can always find a piece, in good and in evil. And it makes me feel better.
