Great food. the first 6 dishes were really amazing and creatiw. the last haupt (dear) was nice, but aromen were a bit aggressive. who could have been better. that was probably the best meal we ever had and the most expensive.
For lunch. there are three menu options (vegetarian, fish, meat,) with the derée and dessert equal. the prices are very reasonable. from the beginning we were delighted by the service. they do not skip the lunch service, which is a nice note. very friendly and welcoming but discreet during the meal. the interieur is tasteful, and they have an open kitchen for anyone who likes to see the team at work. we had the vegetarian and the fish menu. amuse bouches were in order, had an apéro feeling about them: bark meat tar and fermented potato pancake. the entrée was good, but not very exciting salat wedge with a sorrel sauce and freeze dried strawberry sprinklen, with their hand eaten. the stems of my salat wedge were slightly frozen in the interior of the only technical error of the menu. the main thing was very good. if they want to experiment, this is not, but it was well balanced, comfortable and easy to eat. the smoked trout was seasoned with a tomato red pepper mixture to perfection, and the cabbage with sunflower, kale and cream was perfectly executed. only nitpick: I would like to have served a little brot with him. finally dessert. they regained on the safe side of the dinge, but it works and we enjoyed it. egg with a hauch of vanilla, beautiful wild blueberries and thymian oil. I would definitely visit this place again, and as the prices sink (or so they say) it is really not a brain.
Amazing experience. professional yet vulnerable team that tries to fulfill for all their desires. we were here for the birthday and sat with a great view of the kitchen. the menu was especially, i.e. the first cure (tomates, dill, flaus,) the second (dry) and the chanterelles were to our joy. we were most impressed by the usually local wine selection that emphasizes the nuances of the dishes even better. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!
Definitely worth the money. Eight courses tasting menu is amazing. Most of the dishes gave me a wow element. Services was outstanding too except it was a bit odd that the waitress directly asked if you want to add the tips. So far the best restaurant I have tried in Prague.
