As a former Hardee's Employee, biscuit maker, I Give this rating from knowledge. I was traveling from a cruise in Florida and wanted a good biscuit. I was totally disappointed because the biscuit was horrible and unfit to eat. It was the last of the dough when making biscuits. Ate here in South Carolina was great. We don't have any where I live. Everything was good just wish they had grilled chicken. Most items were fried.
