We went to this local Sunday 2 June along with a couple of friends who already knew the place. after consulting the menu we ordered 3 ice cream glasses and 3 co... read more We went to this local Sunday 2 June along with a couple of friends who already knew the place. after consulting the menu we ordered 3 ice cream glasses and 3 cocktails: 1 tequila alba, 1 tropical summer and 1 blue lake. after 20 minutes of waiting the waitress brings us a happy glass of a brown liquid (see photo) spreading it for a tequila dawn, the tropical summer and tells us that the blue lake was not available. At this point we order another tropical summer that clearly indicates the cocktail that was drinking one of our friends. after another 20 minutes the waitress returns with the usual glass containing a brown liquid diffused for tequila dawn. at that point we kindly point out that he had misunderstood and that the requested cocktail was not what he had brought us. She, in a very spacious way, said that the cocktail we asked was tequila dawn and that we should have eaten it anyway because it was now prepared. At that point we sent him back, specifically asking for the tropical summer, indicating again the glass of our friend. after another 10 minutes, during which at the tables around had been brought the ice cream cups while we were still waiting for our, the waitres returns bringing what seemed to be a simple vinegar of juice, completely different from what was consuming our friend. at that point, since we felt appetizers we noticed that we no longer wanted to eat the ordered ice cream cups and we never arrived and went to pay only the 2 cocktails consumed. the maid, with little professional, beat a receipt of 39€ in which all orders were present. at that point we refused to pay the amount requested and we paid only the 2 cocktails consumed without the receipt being issued. sussedendo on the quality of drinks, on which it is good to place a pitiful veil, what gave us more problems was the non-professional behavior of the waitress and the alleged owner who looked well from the excuse but, in fact, especially the waitress, continued to beat us until we let it say we learn to make customers. is the first time in many years that we frequent the high thirties that we meet in such behavior by the managers of public premises.

A nice place to sit and rest. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were the main issue, because it was very underwhelming and disappointing. On the card, they sell crepes with Nutella, something that you can't really mess up. The crepes were fine and lookes good, but the chocolate creme wasn't Nutella, it tastes bitter and wasn't as enjoyable. This would be fine if they just said: Crepe with Chocolate Sauce. Furthermore, the Aperol Spritz costs 4,50 euro and was very watery with not much taste. The location is nice, the waiters were very friendly and cannot be put at fault, but overall it's disappointing.
