We both had chopped pork and it was delicious! Both sauces (hot and mild) were tomato base, with the hot somewhat more vinegary and pleasantly hot. The mild was not the typical sweet variety with some unusual spices. The frits were hand cut, crispy and hot. The claw was not particularly remarkable, but not bad. It was creamy without mustard. Very friendly and friendly people! Great food! Nice place to stop on road trips. Very relaxing atmosphere. I put Jabos on the list of places to stop.
