Guillaume - Bruges

While staying at St Jacob's B&B, I regrettably did not get to experience their breakfast offerings due to my late nights and early morning departures. However, the owner kindly prepared a breakfast to-go for me, including delicious croissants and sandwiches made with bread from Sint-Paulus. The baked goods, even when a day old, were better than those from many bakeries I have visited. The care and effort put into packing my breakfast added to the overall charm of the meal, which was truly delightful.

This restaurant provides great value for money and serves tasty food. It is situated a bit off the main square, allowing you to savor a delightful sandwich and dessert without the high prices found at the restaurants on the square.

During my stay at St. Jacob's B&B, I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast as I was frequently out late in the evenings and had to drive to another city early in the mornings.

This restaurant offers delicious food at affordable prices, located just a short distance from the town square. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere and indulgent sandwiches and desserts without overspending at other restaurants in the area.

The two of us came for a very nice lunch. The chef succeeds in preparing beautiful dishes with respect for the products. Great! The design of the restaurant also deserves praise. There is enough space to talk to each other undisturbed. During our visit, the walls were decorated with some moody charcoal drawings and one painting (which as I heard from a good source can be regarded as the symbol of what de Guillaume aims for). I wonder if new works will be hanging here soon. We enjoyed it and would love to come back here!
