The peas served with them appeared to be prepared hour... read more I ordered the fish pies (£6.49 each) but was disappointed to find them congealed with a hard skin on top. The peas served with them appeared to be prepared hours, if not days, ago. When I complained to the manager, I received no apology and was offered an all day breakfast at a cheaper price. The breakfast arrived quickly but was not fresh. It seems that Morrisons has not made any effort to improve their service, as indicated by other reviews.

I usually purchase the 24 baps from the bakery dep... read more I recently visited the Morrisons location in Eastwood a few weeks ago on a Saturday to do my weekly shopping. I usually purchase the 24 baps from the bakery department, which I have been buying for years. However, I have noticed in the past few weeks that the quality of the baps has declined. They have been bland, pale in color, and sometimes hard. Last week, I had to throw them away after taking a bite. Additionally, a few weeks ago, a staff member in the bakery department was rude to me after I politely asked if I could have a fresh batch from the back as the ones on the shelf were of poor quality. Because of this, I have decided to shop elsewhere for my bread rolls and other bakery items. Customer service should always come first, and I am not satisfied with the way I was treated. The rude staff member should be disciplined. I will not be purchasing any more baps from Morrisons, especially since the prices have increased and the quality has declined.
