For the m... read more The food is nice although I wasn't keen on the dish I chose. The service was ok. My only criticism is the cutlery! I had no cutlery with the starters. For the mains we were provided with a fork and spoon. The spoon was that big it would not fit in my mouth. Not quite a serving spoon size but big nevertheless.

They really did give a generous amount of food and meat for what was ordered. They have won a new customer tonight.

Over a year ago my friends and I had a bad experience in Osmins when we were placed on a long inaccessible table and had to pass plates up and down, plus servic... read more Over a year ago my friends and I had a bad experience in Osmins when we were placed on a long inaccessible table and had to pass plates up and down, plus service was bad with wrong dishes and other issues. It was very busy and they didn't have appropriate staff to cater. They didn't recompense us or give us an apology but that was last year. I went yesterday evening with three friends and it was so much better, It was mid week so much quieter with only two other tables busy. The food was excellent along with the service. There is a large vegetarian/vegan selection too. It certainly isn't cheap as it came out at £40 a head but we did have plenty of wine so that is to be expected. I hope if I return on a busy weekend evening with a large party, we still have a good meal and service.

The owner Susie was very welcoming with the rest of the staff. It wasn’t too costly so worth a visit, give it a try. Ta
