Obviously always piping hot, taste is superb, staff nice and friendly and the only problem I have is that the portions are just too big for me!! but if you wish you can always take a doggy bag. Best fish and chips by far and I don't even live in Hoddesdon but will always go there when in the area at lunchtime.

I... read more This restaurant is a fantastic new addition to Hoddesdon, located opposite Morrisons and open around the clock. Their fish is always freshly cooked to order. I had a delicious large portion of Cod and Chips with Mushy peas. The staff were friendly and even offered a complimentary hot beverage with my meal. The food was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was excellent.

Despite the fact that the proprietor would have preferred to sell some of the battered sausages sitting in the fryer, he took out a fresh piece of cod from the refrigerator and cooked it for me. It was definitely worth the wait. The chips were a bit overdone and had some small fragments, but overall they were fine. I will definitely be visiting again in the future.
