Excellent coffee. Excellent choice of food. Table clearing could be more efficient which is very often the issue with most places that are busy. But otherwise a very pleasant experience. View all feedback.
What kimandpet doesn't like about Marks Spencer:
We frequent this cafe nearly every day. The coffee is excellent and the staff is fantastic, but recently they switched the bread for toast to sourdough. I went to the cafe, which had a spacious seating area. I was disappointed to find out that the avocado on sourdough toast was only available for breakfast. They had a wide variety of clothing and shoes for sale as well.
Went with my family so my daughter for a fitting. The staff were polite and attentive. Thanks for for being such a cool bunch. :
What a disgrace this cafeteria is, really lets the reputation of M&S down!! It is a very busy, profitable, cafe and yet so poorly staffed and managed. Tables and floors are dirty, with trays stacked on any available empty table. You first have to queue to get your tea or coffee and pay, and then search for a empty or clean table. I have sometimes waited up to 25 minutes for a simple sandwich, you cannot walk out as you have paid. Feel sorry for the few staff that work there as they just cannot keep on top of it all. M&S need to spend some of their profits on staffing.
Total disgrace Marks Spencer management you should be ashamed of yourselves! Dirty tables, floor dirty shame on you!
