I have bee... read more I don't usually write reviews, but this isn't the first time Costa has disappointed me. I love Costa and it has always been my go-to place until now. I have been forced to go to Nero instead. The place is a mess, yet there are always four unhappy staff members working there every day, which is very strange. Today, the person who served me was Chantelle. She snatched the money from me and questioned my order. All I wanted was to relax in a coffee shop before heading to work, but instead, they made me angry. I work in the bar industry and my job is to keep customers, not drive them away to another coffee shop. [hidden email]

The staff was not great, the toast was very slow to arrive, and the coffee was served in a Christmas-themed cup even though it is not Christmas. The cappuccino tasted different, very milky, and overall not up to the usual five-star standard.
