Wow, these young guys are incredible! Adrian and Alfredo truly stand out; they genuinely care about their customers! They prioritize service above all else. The only downside was that I couldn't pay with my card, which would have made things easier. They definitely deserve to accept card payments in this cashless era—we all use bank cards now. The food was just okay! Considering the price, it definitely could have been better. The customer service also left a lot to be desired. Overall, it could have been worse, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I grabbed my bag and immediately noticed that something was missing – they had forgotten the wing meal. I tried to let them know about the missing item, and another employee went to the kitchen to retrieve it. But when he came back, I found that my meal was still incorrect; they hadn’t included the extra celery I had paid for. He had to go back again to get me some, which took another three minutes to cook. By this time, I was already annoyed because half of my order had gone cold. When I finally got home to eat, the fried pickles were awful! They were dry and tough – not worth eating at all. To top it off, I noticed that one of the other dishes was missing the sweet potato fries. I hate to say it, but I will never return to Wing Barn again. As a side note, I checked their online reviews and saw that this Wing Barn only responds to positive reviews and doesn’t take responsibility for the negative ones. Wow!
I love coming to this wing bar. the customer service is great. andrea the layer leader always makes my experience at wingbarn the best. I make sure that I can use the amazing daily specials and touring, I have everything I'm looking for. will definitely go on. many thanks to andrea and wing barn staff!
Went over my order several times to make sure I got the boneless special and not bone in. After 45 minutes of waiting they gave me bone in. Dry wings and our whole basket of fries was missing. We had to go back and wait again for them to make it right. Absolutely will not be back. Worst service ever. Only gave two stars because the food is good.
