Best reuben sandwich in town. Friendly staff. Quick service. Reuben is large enough for sharing. My husband and I split a sandwich and order an extra side (chips, slaw or potato salad with two unsweet teas (cups are huge! . We eat for around $20. Can't beat it. View all feedback.

First time, I bought my family dinner. I got the ribeye philly, both were really oily, in every bite I would feel the oil dripping. It was not pleasant. It was a little pricey for what I did receive. As I mention it was my first and only experience here.Staff seems friendly. View all feedback.
Food was really good! They even give appropriate discounts! And that’s rare in Brownsville! Most establishments don’t seem to care! Great food, great place, great atmosphere!
NY Deli never disappoints. My favorite day is Wednesday when they have their chicken tortilla soup.

Scammers. They upcharge you a service fee of about 7 dollars. No wonder people get takeout cause if they eat there they will get charged.. food not worth it either. Waiter never came back to the table even though the restaurant was completely empty. So it's a no for me, go to Phos instead totally worth it. I was there in Dec. I got one ruben a cup of gumbo, a hotdog, and 3 lemonades and my bill was $48.06. I guess i paid New York. I was charged more than the 7 dollars from my calculations from the menu.
Omg! The food is delicious and the prices are worth every penny. It gets busy so arrive early or later during rush times. All the staff have excellent customer service so you can't go wrong with dining in.
