We were told to expect a 20 to 15-minute wait before our food arrived. However, once we were seated, the service was fast and courteous from start to finish. Our server was excellent, and our food was quickly brought to our table within 10 minutes. Overall, we rate this restaurant a 10 out of 10. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. What User doesn't like about La Botana Grill:
We waited for over 45 minutes at the restaurant and only received our drinks and two small bowls from the server. As a family, we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. The anger - they had canceled our order. Of course, we can't wait over 45 minutes when the appetizers should have been served with our main order. View all feedback.
After 2 bad service experiences a year ago or so we were hesitant to try again this time it was different, eating was served within a reasonable time, waitress was polite and always ready to see if we needed something and the balance was excellent.

Service is always friendly and the food is so good. Very clean location and I like that they have a sink out in the open to wash your hands. ??
Everything tasted great! The meat was tender. The burger ? was seasoned well. The French fries were good and so were the chicken nuggets. The cheese enchiladas and the cheese quesadillas were scrumptious! They only have canned cokes. The tea was freshly brewed. We will be back.
As always, this place serves absolutely great tasting food, with ample portions, at a very reasonable price. You can never go wrong with this place.The downside... parking. There's not a lot of parking. This restaurant, with it's current staff, has huge potential for growth.Other than that, I 100% recommend this place that has been around for a very long time.
