I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant yesterday afternoon. The tamales were mostly filler, and when I asked for corn, the lady who assisted me informed me quite arrogantly that they no longer accept SNAP for corn. The food is good, but the lady at the window always has an attitude. She always responds in such a tone. I only go here because its close to home.
Worst experience ever! The customer service was terrible, and I definitely do not recommend this place. I came to buy barbacoa, but their debit card machine was down. When I went to withdraw cash to pay, they sold my barbacoa to someone else, thinking I wouldn’t come back. Absolutely ridiculous!

I had a terrible experience with the drive-thru wait time—it took an unbelievable 25 minutes just to get some tortillas. Come on, you can do better than that! The lobby wasn't open either, and the service still wasn't great.
