Ordered here for the first time the other day. Really great pizza! I love the crust and you get your money's worth. Did half cheeseburger and half chicken bacon ranch, and both were delicious. Ready in about 15 minutes. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options View all feedback.
What Brian Larson doesn't like about Varsity Pizza Mckenna:
Supreme pizza had almost no toppings. Called to let them know and she said that is was not possible because she was adding the toppings. I told her that I can send her a picture and then she said “Oh then we can make you another one” I wasn’t going to drive back. I just wanted to bring to their attention the poor product. I can get mediocre pizza somewhere else for a lot less. View all feedback.
I came in at closing, but they still helped me out. The French Dip is very good. I really enjoyed it tonight. This really hit the spot.

We’ve ordered takeout several times now and the quality is always consistent. Pizzas are good, and we love their Varsity grinder, tried several others sammies and that’s the clear winner.Don’t forget to use the code “TEN” at checkout to save 10% on takeout. Food is usually ready in about 40 min or so even during peak hours.
Updating old review. Food/service/and atmosphere use to be amazing but over the last year and a half it seems to have dulled. Quality of food is hit or miss depending on who’s working. For all the price increases I would expect good food. My wings have been messed up EVERY time I’ve ordered, the Asian sweet heat is my fav and like lasts nights order it was messed up. It had the lemon pepper on them, but this time they didn’t fix it rather they threw the Asian sauce over the top to cover up the mistake and it made them taste awful and the mouths full of pepper chunks was too much. Huge waist of but my dog loved them. Last couple times I’ve ordered grinders the fillings have been subpar not sure but what’s going on but twice now the buffalo chicken had 3-5 tiny pieces of chicken to the whole sandwich and no sauce, how do you miss the buffalo sauce on a buffalo sandwich???? basically I paid 9+ for a loaf of bread. Pizzas can be good but the toppings are minimal. And again it depends on who’s working. A simple cheese pizza recently ordered had bare spaces of dough not even sauce and cheese didn’t go to the crust there was a solid inch of bare dough between crust and were the cheese began. My family went from eating here weekly (no joke) to eating here 1-2x a year.
