Our chef provided us with sauce immediately, which is something many other Japanese restaurants don't do, and some don't offer sauce at all. The food was delicious, and the soup was also quite good. The chef engaged in conversation with us throughout the meal preparation, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely rank this as one of the top three Japanese restaurants.
