Was 2hands full at Kfc a mag?
I come here pretty often to have lunch. I get a verity of different menu items. This place is constantly well maintained and clean. The help is polite and the food is always perfectly cooked. Thank you KFC. View all feedback.

What Raymond Munoz dislikes about Kfc:
Seems to be dropping in quality and lacking in keeping up with menu. Refuse to cook more food as the evening goes on. 6pm and was told we are out of original . Not acceptable. View all feedback.

Worst Place in the world! Workers family member tried to fight me! Someone please watch the cameras! Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes behind a maroon SUV at the speaker. Finally decided to go inside to order my food. Christina the order taker saidshe couldn't provide a receipt due to the machine being down for a while now. (The other printers were working, why did she usethis computer) They forgot my chicken in my order and asked them to please go get the manager Maria. The manager said theirsnothing I can do about his receipt. I asked them to use some sort of letterhead and hand write a receipt so I can turn it in fora company expense report. Then a young man sitting at a table with a mustache who was clearly related to Christina the ordertaker asked if I had a problem and got in my face. He started making threats and telling me if i had a problem he was going totake care of it. That's when Christina asked him to chill out and sit back down. (He was filling out a job application,hopefully not there) This individual tried to fight me due this establishment not Providing a positive customer experience. Theobvious answer here, fire this entire staff and start fresh. I know this is what they think is the norm here in this town,however, if their District, Regional manager had been here, they would have all lost their jobs. Worst Place in the world!

The restaurant is a combination of KFC and Long John Silver's. We decided to stop at Long John Silver's, but it was closed because their fryer was broken.

We drove in from Levelland to eat and we were extremely pleased with quick and friendly service. Food was good as well nothing burned like the other ones we have been to. The only down side was Long John's menu was very minimal. We will definitely goback.

Customer service really matters. There was a Hispanic woman working the counter (I will share her name later) who told me to go somewhere else because I arrived 10 minutes early. When I said I would wait, she slammed the window and went into the kitchen, clearly upset that I didn’t leave. I understand if someone arrives 30 minutes to an hour early, but 10 minutes isn't a reason to get upset. I also heard that a few days before, the same employee got upset over a customer's order and cursed in front of everyone. That’s very unprofessional. I would recommend moving her to a position away from customers because who knows how many people she’s driving away.
