Was Avis Flatley at Billeaud's a mag?
Very nice employee! Got a Boudin plate lunch and 3/4lb cracklins. And WOW the cracklins are insanely good. The boudin was super flavorful and probably one of if not the best sausage I’ve ever had. View all feedback.

We stop here to camp twice a year when visiting our family near Bayou Lafourche. The bounty, sausage, and dish dinners are absolutely delicious. Some of the spices can be a bit much for me, but I tend to be sensitive to spiciness. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

The freshest sausage I've had in a long time! We always stop by on our way home after visiting our son at ULL. My husband insists it's the best pig head cheese around.

My favorite store in Broussard....I travel all the way from Houston to Broussard not only to visit family, but to shop here and stock up on the freshness and remarkable cuisine in southwest Louisiana
