I am always served by very attentive, kind, courteous and polite employees. It's very pleasant. Clearly, we feel that providing excellent customer service is at the heart of our concerns. The only problem and I find it important to mention it so that it can be corrected is that all the staff speak to each other in English, even in front of customers. This is, in my opinion, unacceptable. I am perfectly bilingual, but I consider that in Quebec, French is “the normal and usual language at work, in teaching, in communications, in commerce and in business. » (law 101). Not only towards customers, but also in interactions between employees on duty.

I was advised and served by a really professional and kind employee! I think her first name is Keno, she is often there when I come to the café, she is really attentive and kind! I was wondering what matcha tasted like and she described it to me in addition to offering me a taste! Very happy with her service : Otherwise the other employees are also superb, always greeting the people who come in and smiling at us. Sometimes there can be noisy little children but it is not their power to silence them ahaha, in short incredible staff and very good customer service!!
