read moreExperience at General Tao restaurant is quite underwhelming. Despite quick and efficient service, the decor is basic and the food quality has significantly declined over the years. Portion sizes are generous, but dishes lack flavor and ingredients such as beef and chicken are sparse. On the other hand, some diners praise the General Tao chicken, while others appreciate the clear spiciness indication on the menu and the option to bring your own wine. Overall, while some patrons enjoy the simplicity of the restaurant, others find it lacking in both ambiance and quality of food.
