Was Anonym at Kojax a mag?
The food here is consistently outstanding, and the portion sizes are always generous, even when I order through DoorDash. This restaurant has proven to be very reliable. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Kojax:
The pita is quite empty. They weigh the meat and don't put enough in the pita, so you end up still feeling hungry afterward. The taste is good, but I prefer the one in Promenade Saint-Bruno—there, they add more meat and don’t weigh it! View all feedback.

Tasteless and bland vegetarian wrap plate. Really expensive for the quality of the plate.

Ordered with the 2 for 1 uber eats sale. The trio was supposed to come with 2 500ml soda bottle. They delivered with 2 350ml cans. It's not a big deal but to me demonstrates that: 1. They are not very well organized since they are missing the main products that they sell (the trios); 2. They dont have any problem in charging the client for a product and then sending a cheaper, which is never a good sign. When it comes to the food. I have to admit, I quite liked the sandwich. Specially the sauce (kojax) was quite good. But it kind of small/thin. Not a lot of stuffing. The fries, I really like the texture, hard on the outside and soft on the inside. That being said, it lacked any kind of seasoning. Removed one star because of the soda switch up and another star because I thought it was kind of small for $16! Also, don't forget to season the fries!!

Considering the food in Mall Champlain is plainly tasteless, this one is alright. The customer service was fine but their presentation greatly leaves to be desired. (I usually get the greek salad, but the presentation was so awful, I didn't even bother. I'm putting 3 stars because as I was eating my salad, I found a brown strand of hair in-between the leaves of the lettuce. Thankfully, it didn't enter my mouth, but that's incredibly disgusting. I know the employees are usually students, but that's literally hygiene 101. The store CAN shut down for discrepancies like this. At least the spicy sauce was actually good. (I usually eat in Promenades St-Bruno and while the food there is superior, the spicy sauce is always so-so.
