The traditional Mexican cuisine is absolutely delectable and not diluted like what you often find in many chain restaurants. It's a breath of fresh air to savor dishes that aren't excessively topped with cheese, as they should be.

The cashier didn't mention anything when he handed us our food, so we only discovered there were sauces available at the counter after finishing our meal, when we saw other customers requesting them. What a shame!
