Copper Branch - Brossard

I ordered a falafel wrap yesterday and it was great. The food was really good. The problem here is not the food, it’s the way this place has reopened during the pandemic. It’s a small restaurant with a few tables and one entrance. When I entered there was a line of 10 people, up to the door and standing less than 2 metres from each other. Yes it’s the responsibility of the people to make sure they stay apart enough but it’s also the responsibility of the business and the staff to make sure people are respecting the rules of social distancing so that their restaurant does not become a place of another covid outbreak. Next problem is the one entrance. People enter and leave by the same door and walking pass very close to each other. The floor was not marked as guidance where to leave after picking up orders. That’s also because people would walk pass the tables where people are sitting. Like I said, it is a small restaurant and I do not people it is ready to allow eating-in. Instead they should use the space to facilitate circulating inside for people to line up and leave all by respecting social distancing. I hope the owners read this and take action. I understand you got bills, rent and staff to pay and you’ve got to make money too. I get it. However, health safety comes first.

Copper Branch at the Dix30 Brossard location is spectacular. I took an Aztec bowl for lunch. Simply amazing and burst of flavors of rich tasting ingredients and all vegetarian. I am not a vegetarian, I must say this place is phenomenal. You must visit. It will not be last time. The staff, very friendly and ownership very visible and on hand to make sure everything is running smoothly. Customers are happy I see and overall customer service is excellent and top notch. Thank you! I will be back many times. Two words. WOW and YUM. I will be back. Cant wait for the new location in Candiac to open.

I ate here twice and both time was very satisfied with my portobello sandwich. It was huge and I always have enough left over for a 2nd lunch. The decor is bland and cold. I wish that they could try to make the place more welcoming. The front door is very hard to open due to the flow of air. I had to ask someone to help me to open it. I don't know how an person in a wheelchair will manage it since I don't see any push button to open it automatically. It is a good place to get a quick bite but definitely not a place where you can sit back and take time to relax.

Love their bowls (i take the smallest one) and especially the aztec bowl! Not too expensive and very fresh and light. Great vegan place!

Always happy and feel healthy after visiting. Like the Aztec bowl the most. Have tried the shiitake mushroom burger, but find it a little strange (meat burgers seem right). I am not vegan, mostly vegetarian, but love to visit a bit pricey though!
