Poutine potatoes were undercooked, over salted and cheese shreds not melted and swimming in too much gravy. The burger was tasteless and bland. Atmosphere was that of a McDonalds and staff could be heard swearing in the background.

I heard they have one in my home state of Florida! Was happy the employees spoke English since we couldn't read the menu.

As for the atmosphere, the owner clearly invested in creating a great environment. It's likely the cleanest and nicest restrooms you'll find in any fast food establishment.

It's great that they verify documents from outside the province, but one staff member's comment wasn’t particularly friendly or needed. However, another staff member offered an apology afterward. Because of that, my rating went from a 1 star to a 5 star review.
