They have an exit blocked off, forcing customers to walk around a construction area, rather than be able to enter the store properly. When I went to the counter to inform them that I was there to pick up a doordash, theytold me to go down there with a vague point. I then stood by the pickup area and waited to be engaged. I wasn 't. If I hadn 'tasked them about the order I suspect I would still be standing there waiting. Once I did confirm with them that I was there topick up an order (which was already sitting there ready btw) the person working the counter decided to do a lot of work withfood, before handing me a completed order. The store needs a serious retrain in customer service ethics. If you want burgers, Irecommend going to the Wendy 's in the shopping center instead.
