Now you can’t even get fries that are properly cooked.Order their special and it’s barely got the ingredients on the sandwich. Today I ordered 2 double mushroom Swiss and fries. They had no Swiss so I got normal cheese. Get home the fries are not fully cooked. They are limp and soggy. The burgers have next to no mushrooms. It’s a mushroom burger… what did we wait extra time for if you can’t even give us cooked and complete food.The community is starting to turn on you guys. Get it together.This is not the first issue. The quality has had a serious decline over the past 1-2 years. Seems like each time I go I have a new reason to complain. It’s to the point to where I have to be next to starving with nothing in the house to even debate going to this location.Sorry Jacks. I’ve always been a fan of you guys and will continue to patronize other locations. The Brookwood one though is square on the bottom of the list for me!
