Pizza King - Brookville

I ordered delivery from Pizza King last Friday, placing my order at 6 PM. When I called for an update at 7:15 PM, I found out that they hadn't even started preparing my order yet, and it would take at least another hour and a half. Frustrated and with a hungry two-year-old who couldn't wait any longer, I decided to cancel the order. The total for the pizza, sandwich, and tip came to $55, and I was still charged for it. Nearly a week has passed, and I still haven't received a refund. When I've called to inquire, I've been told both times that "they're busy." I've always loved Pizza King, but with their inflated prices and poor service, I'm really disappointed.

We got a medium bbq pizza. I have been eating bbq pizza from the Lebanon pizza king since I started driving. I love it. However the pizza king in Brookville sold us the worst bbq pizza I have ever had! It had very little toppings. There was a lot of places that had nothing but bbq sauce. They didn't cut it at all just scored the toppings that weren't there. The crust was tough and chewy. It was the worst ever! Service: Take out
