Dairy Cottage - Brookville

I have always loved the dairy cottage! they have the best roasted chicken ever! and also sundaes!

Their ice cream is excellent! There was a long line but they got our food out fast.

We always stop by here when traveling to Indiana. It is 20 mins out of the way but worth every minute. Their cyclones are packed so full of the candy you choose that it almost breaks the spoon.

Well-established hometown favorites. large open dining room with many stands, walkable counters, call their number. or they could meet the ride thru. 3 pieces of chicken lunch with jojo’s, cole Slav and a pepsi is my favorite. (they throw a back. no sweat. it is their ding.) they have an egg and related, sunflowers, milkshakes, etc. proudly serve pepsi products.

Oh wow, where do I start? the good. the prices are pretty good and the staff is nice. the bad, the bad. we ordered the chicken dinner and a hamburger who remembered us as the big young hamburger freshly. the chicken was a day or two old and then fried again, the upper leg was the size of a dollar pc, the wing was the size of a 50pc, now the chest was a good size, but the flesh was gray and dry. the jo is also old and dry. the hamburger had sauce on it the size of a dimm. but the kicker was cold as ice. I wish I had taken pictures. we were very disappointed and will never return.
