Mcdonald's - Brookville

They shorted us 2 orders of chicken nuggets, no sauce on the ones we did get, and the fries were overcooked and dumped in the bag.

We watched the employees pick up food with bare hands and put it in containers, make sandwiches with bare hands and give to customers In the drive thru, then wipe their hands on their clothes

Ordered a chicken sandwich, which was burnt, they said it wasn't burnt, that the grease needed changed. Went back and used the credit for another chicken sandwich and it was just as bad. Hard to believe they let their grease get so bad, can just imagine what else they let go for linger than they should.

I wanted to give them yet another chance..the building absolutely smells bad once you walk inside..you can smell it from the drive thru..ordered a burger..pink on the 1st bite..I threw it out..I have been ordering a happy meal for my dog..I will head to Oxford going forward..Get it together Brookville McDonalds!

Nasty food. Workers don’t even bother to wrap food or fill fries containers all the way.
