Carmela's Pizza - Brookville

Terrible! I have no idea if the food is good because it never happened. The girl who took the order misunderstood my number, which sent my food to the wrong address. Long story short, I waited for over an hour the rain in Dayton koa for an order that never appeared. The excuse? It's her second day.. Service -10

The service was dreadful. We had two bad experiences and won’t be returning. The first time, they claimed they never received our online order, despite my having the confirmation email. Tonight, my husband placed an order at 3:00 PM. They were out of broccoli for the Pasta Rustica and made him wait without providing any updates. He had to ask about our order after more than 30 minutes. When my Stromboli finally arrived, it was served without any sauce, had no cheese, and was overbaked, like a piece of shoe leather. The entire ordeal took about 1.5 hours for a round trip of just 8 miles.

When my food finally arrived, it was hot, but the pizza was soggy and practically inedible. When I tried to take it out of the box, most of the cheese ended up sticking to the bottom. It was really disappointing to be served food of such poor quality. I called back, and the man who claimed to have made my pizza said he had been making pizzas all day without any complaints; he didn’t know what to tell me because the supplier was unavailable. I have a strong suspicion that nobody was working quickly or efficiently because they were closed and had forgotten about my order. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. Next time, I will order from Sarah's Pizza instead.
