Riverview Market and Eatery - Dayton

Took entirely to long and order was wrong, wrong , wrong Told 15 mins and 45 minutes later still got sandwich made for the second time wrong. Had to fix it at home later, so no lunch. Funny thing is I asked for extra mayo, tomatoes and banana peppers barely got any mayo sandwich was dry, dry)no tomatoes and found possibly 2 banana peppers after a serious search. This was not a good experience, not sure if I would go back but sure it won't be anytime soon.

The lady said that she accidentally made my order wrong and that she will put the other items on the side because she didn?t want to waste the meat. Because of her mistake I had to take what she gave me. She didn?t offer to remake it and did not discount it. I will not be returning. I am very disappointed.

Ordered and paid online, went to pickup and the place was closed. Website says open. Online ordering system took my order and my money. But nobody here. Have to request refund from credit card company, and find something else for dinner. So disappointing?-really wanted to have good carry out close by.

I called to let them know my order was wrong with DoorDash and they remade it and brought it to me because I was at work and couldn?t leave. So nice of them. Great customer service!

I placed a group order for 12:30pm and never received it, my order had to be refunded because they were closed at the times their website said it would be open. So boo
