Every time I eat a burger from this place, I feel an overwhelming sense of joy because they are just that good. You have no idea how delicious they are! Without a doubt, it's the freshest burger I've ever tasted in my life. However, I must say that the staff could be more appealing; I wouldn't necessarily recommend that aspect. View all feedback.
What Kelly Scott doesn't like about Tender Gourmet Butchery Burgers Warringah Mall:
Watch out on your future bulk orders for Christmas, Easter ect. On Christmas Eve I collect my order of a Turkey and rib eye roast to be told it was an extra $100 over their estimate which was given to us 1 week prior. I was told it was a computer error and that the price of meat has gone up! The Manager didn’t even care or offer apology or any sort of empathy! After all those years of shopping here I feel ripped off... View all feedback.
I had the breakfast burger today and it's perhaps the best breakfast sandwich on the Beaches... Perfect ratio of ingredients, well constructed and balanced, and the sausage patty ? was immense. It was a super busy day but the staff were really friendly. Great job!
Had one of the beef burgers today. Always a risk trying a new burger place. Put simply, would have to be one of the best burgers I've ever had. Bun, meat and other ingredients were so soft and fresh with the perfect balance of sauce. If you're after a naughty burger treat for lunch, this is the place! Will buy my meat here in future too.
Overpriced. Fast food tasteless and dried out. Better to eat at home
Went here on 2nd may as frequent warringah mall as locals and saw this place , looked amazing , awesome menu items and very well priced … however this was not the case , I ordered the breakfast burger and the bacon was so fatty it was wasn’t cooked and has boiled itself as wasn’t cooked enough , the hash brown was freezing ,no garlic mayonnaise and the sausage that i would presume was on of the butchers actual sausages was in fact a burnt hockey puck … not to mention the stale bun that wasn’t even toasted so was as soggy as used nappy !! , so on we go to my partners burger which sounded amazing … but she been fussy doesn’t eat bread so ordered a bun less burger , as you do !! , however after the 25 minute wait while the 2 chefs did 3 uber eats/deliveroo orders she was presented with the smallest overcooked piece or should i say half a piece of chicken …. about a full spanish onion sliced and 2 small pieces of lettuce oh and no dressing or sauce … given the fact there was no bun one would presume like most restaurants substitute the bun with the heart of the lettuce to make a top and bottom …. when she took it back she asked the guy serving if he would pay the amount for what she received he said NO …yeah we need gluten free buns …. yeah naaa , we not paying $4. extra for a gluten free bun … she doesn’t even want one …. she doesn’t eat great … gluten free or not … which is fair enough … but should we …… he then tried to make this fine by giving us 2 slices of tomato … then wiping his forehead … i also don’t expect to see bread buns been cut on the same board as chicken …. this poses a pretty serious cross contamination risk and if this is demonstrated within the public eye it serious worries me as a consumer but staff seems more bothered about chatting and leaning over to the counter of the place next doorthis is a real shame as i’m a chef myself and the range of meats and sausages and items in the chillers are amazing , but it is serveirly imapacted by under qualified chefs…who should not be buckling with 5 orders on …. maybe adjust the delivery platforms to limit the amount of orders and focus on the local shoppers of the core buisness that actually come to the mall and offer support in these times …..very very disappointed ……this is one of the first reviews i have written in a long time , covid seems to have diminished the basic levels of service , especially in this industry ….. it’s i have 25 years as a chef under my belt and i find the way kitchens are been run is insulting to the trade…… maybe have a look at employing people who care about your establishment instead of ones who don’t or ones who are just filling time to pay for there visa ….. we was looking forward to this one !!!!!
