Ricky's All Day Grill - Brooks

We used to love coming here, but something has changed. The server with long black hair used to give us plenty of extras like extra soup and drinks, but today we received nothing. The atmosphere now feels unfriendly, quiet, and dreary.

Went there today with family after reading some good reviews. I can only speak for what my wife and I ate. I had the clubhouse and she had a Monte Cristo. Ingredients were of low quality. Very processed meat, I 'm not even sure what it was. The clubhouse was unfortunately way below expectations at this, (or any) price point. It 's a new worst ever for me. The Monte Cristo had what looked like the same gross processed round pressed piece of flavorless meat that was on my clubhouse (chicken or turkey maybe...not sure). We aren 't used to such over-processed food and regretted choosing to stop here. We felt ill after eating here today. Nothing came of it. We are all fine. The service was great. No faults there whatsoever. Hopefully the tip remained with the waitress and wasn 't shared with whomever decides on ingredient selection. To give full credit, the waitress was probably the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with in quite some time. Really not trying to bash the place...I truly wish it was a better experience. I hadn 't been here in quite a while, so was looking forward to it going in. Very disappointed with the food and will be staying far away from this restaurant from here on.

This morning I had the 2 by 5 breakfast at a restaurant. I was served two plastic, overcooked sunny side up eggs with undercooked bacon. I asked the server to replace my eggs, but the replacement eggs were also overcooked and lacked flavor. I had to use my knife to cut them, which is not typical for sunny side up eggs.

On our way home we stopped in Ricky’s for a quick bite. It was great with a wonderful atmosphere! Our waitress Sam was very helpful pleasant. Thanks for your help Sam. Great coffee we recommend the steak sandwich.

I ordered a Benny with what I believed was Hollandaise sauce, but it was not the best I've had. The hostess was not aware of the Covid restrictions in the area and mistakenly turned away my son, who had only received one vaccination, even though he was actually allowed to enter.
