The food at this restaurant was lukewarm and the meat and fish fillet were overcooked. I thought I would be safe going during lunchtime for fresh food, but it was not the case. The food seemed hours old and dried out. I should have known better... This restaurant has only gone downhill since the 80s. It was disgusting, so I would not recommend it.
The service was fine but there were so many flies in the building, and the employees did not seem to care that there were so many flies in the building whenever someone got their food put on the counter for pickup there were at least 2 flies on it instantly
McDonald's has really gone downhill with their service. You wait 20 minutes just for drinks after parking your car. This has happened multiple times in the last month and the service seems to be getting worse.
Stopped here for lunch on our way through. Food was consistent. Staff were friendly. McDonalds was clean. No complaints.
We ordered a large iced coffee frappe and received a size more akin to a medium. When I asked the male Middle Eastern manager if this was indeed a large as I had ordered, he assured me it was. However, I had previously ordered a large vanilla chai frappe and upon comparing the sizes, it was clear that he had given me a smaller portion. Despite asking him twice and showing him evidence, he continued to insist it was a large. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable and disrespectful to paying customers. Attached are photos for reference. I hope this issue will be addressed and not happen again in the future.
