It is a dq such a standard chain quality to expect; but the cheeseburger lined, along with reasonable care, and fries hot, bagged, instead of just let in. Shake fine clean in the inner as well.

6. juli 2022 3:13 watch trainer exceeded limits training new employee. before the customer do not allow that trainees take orders from a customer without being rudely interrupted by the trainer and trainer over. I asked for the manager over layer, and not. a hired had known who was the supervisor over layer, but was fast to show finger on each other, instead of the responsibility for the actions that occurred in the job of the training staff regarding dance to the new trainer and customer service. I have explained to the trainer how inconsistent their behaviour was, and that they gave all the answers to the trainers and did not allow the trainers to make mistakes, will prevent the trainers from working out their own problems, and communicating with customers to use their skills in full scope to learn the skills required for work to be an effective worker. also the restriction of the growth of independence. the gentleman, who was the new to be trained, was limited to learning from the opportunity and making decisions without a mass interference from his coworker even about the choice of the customer of milk or cream. the trainer has cut the trainer in the middle of conversations and poured the content simply into the drink of the customer, saying that it is always this. absolutely rude, degrading and embarrassing for all people who are watching with me as a customer. I myself was so frustrated when I observed her bad training behavior. the new trainee was quite surprised that he wasn't in difficulty or that he hadn't done anything wrong, and was amazed that it was actually the other one away to be the trainer who was in the wrong. he said it felt really good that someone had noticed and said something. the trainer had not had a very good look at her face when I told her that she would usually have a hard time to stay with the company when this type of training continues. also that there are more difficult for anyone to learn and keep the answers that are required when they are always given to them, instead of learning through attempts and mistakes. the trainer did not take responsibility for their activities, there were no excuses offered, and had simply a rather annoyed look at the expression when they retreated in the back. the other workers agreed and appreciate the bad administration at this time. in my personal opinion, the Gentleman trainer, who took the frustration very well from the other employees, should be trained for a higher position within the company, with an increase after conclusion. you have to learn people first before you buy yourself and do everything for them. or they think they have a great self-effective staff that is reliable if they are not actually. to the extent that a person always has the same thing and never confirm their order, which also happens with an experienced employee today) they can only get this order wrong, and now they have just cost the company money and wait the customers irritated hungrily. never ask. I also have to say that it was also the trainer who forgot my hamburger on my order, to whom another employee caught and kindly put in my To-Go bag. suggestion: send all their trainers through a school class, a customer service refreshed course, and perhaps an interpersonal skills course on diversity and empathy as well. there is a clear difference between the training of someone and the taking over of training tasks and their implementation. To be honest, if I were a young adult, I don't want to work in an environment like those who created their trainers. in the first week alone I would go out and go out of frustration from the inappropriate bad training in public. how humiliating and embarrassing. you should strengthen skills and growth in people who do not overdo them. sincere: better training.

Eating is always good here, for decent prices. the service is friendly. the salat covered burgers are a beautiful option instead of a bungalow.
