The chef is not Japanese and the interior is pretty dated, also not many people in this location so what else can go wrong right? But to my surprise, their ramen is decentLy good. Soup is light but flavorful, chashu is charred and smoky and noodle is fresh and good. Their karaage and unagi pie are also really goo... View all feedback. What Alexandra Sharp doesn't like about Za-ya Ramen:
Attempted to get Za Ya ramen on a Sunday night after reading positive reviews. Ordered via Door Dash and the restaurant never prepared the food. My Dasher waited for 45 min for the order but it was never ready. I contacted support and called the restaurant multiple times to inquire but nobody answered. This is no way to run a business. Very delicious and unique gyokotsu broth. The broth is so creamy you would think it's a tonkotsu broth. One of my go to ramen spots.
