They showed no speed and effort. Even when people were packed inside they 're still on slow mode and talking about a lot of non-work related stuff instead of focusing at the work they 're doing. That 's why they 're so slow. Theyneed a strong manager to manage them instead of them working at their slow pace.

So after waiting an incredibly lengthy period on the drive thru line I ordered: small coke, bacon cheeseburger deluxe and Jr cheeseburger deluxe total $8.24. As I drove up andpaid one cheeseburger was missing! Long line wrong order all for $8.24. No one ever lost money underestimating theintelligence of the American people. Wendy 's fast food is DEAD. And of course there was no I 'm sorry for the inconvenience oreven a perfunctory thank you NOTHING! To all consumers Beware ????????????????????

I ok?d an order change because they we... read more This Wendy?s is always confusing because they seem confused. This time I ordered via the app for drive thru order pickup. I ok?d an order change because they were out of a breakfast item but when I got to the window to pick up my order they didn?t seem toknow what I was picking up. Breakfast sandwich was good but my fries (alternative to the out of stock potato wedges) were hotbut so hard I couldn?t eat them.

The level of disrespect shown to customers is unbelievable. They messed up our entire order for five people, and when I raised the issue, I was met with an awful attitude. To make matters worse, they intentionally delayed the replacements to prove a point. When the remakes finally arrived, three out of the five orders were still incorrect. During our visit, we noticed other customers complaining about their orders and receiving the same dismissive treatment from the manager and staff. To add to the list of problems, the bathroom was out of order, which is completely unsanitary. This restaurant definitely does not deserve to be in business.

I always order either the Dave's single or chicken nuggets, or sometimes both, and they taste amazing every time.
