Was Anonym at Wendy's a mag?
Even though they forgot one of my orders for fries, the food was well-prepared, and the staff was very friendly. They addressed their mistakes, and the food was clearly freshly cooked. I can't ask for more from an almost fast food franchise. Food rating: 3/5. View all feedback.

I’m sorry to say, but Wendy's is incredibly slow. It takes all day to serve customers, and by the time they get their food, it's often cold. Many people end up using DoorDash instead because the wait is just too long for those who walk in. The manager seems overwhelmed, despite having plenty of staff. The drive-thru service was quite slow, but the lady working at the window was very friendly.

Worst customer service longest line and they also got my order wrong!!! So many cars left . They still got my order wrong . They made me wait almost a hour Worst place ever !!!
This was a 1st visit for me at this Brooklyn Wendy's and all I can say is that Wendy's really has its act together. My favorite meal, a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger was as good in Brooklyn as I've experienced in Long Island. The help was friendly and polite asusual and the drive up service was fast. I definitely recommend the Brooklyn Utica Ave Wendy's which is right next to aKentucky Fried Chicken also on Utica.
