The tea at this restaurant is of good quality and the service is good as well. However, I was disappointed to find out there is a $10 minimum spending requirement. Why should customers be forced to pay for items they may not necessarily want? The restaurant has new staff this year, many of whom are young college students who appear nervous and shy. Despite this, I appreciate how they greet customers and are friendly during and after service. I always make an effort to support small businesses and give back when I can. The staff provide good service every time I visit the restaurant.
I absolutely adore the cashiers at this restaurant. They are attentive, patient, and willing to accommodate any request, including customizing your drink to your liking.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The sausage is delightful, and the bubble tea is both refreshing and sweet. I highly recommend trying the boba brown sugar milk tea, as it never fails to impress. Vivi is also a must-try.
