I've been here since they opened this place and it's honestly one of the most consistent places I've ever been. their drinks always taste the same (which is great) and when I order the spicy popcorn chicken, it is always the same size. prices have risen due to covid, but other restaurants / places increase in the regular prices and lower portion sizes. beautiful to see, vivis actually keeps the size equal while increasing prices.

I tried this place a few years ago and it wasn't good. However, I gave them another chance and in the last few months, i've been pretty impressed with the quality and the consistency here. The food is actually really good. My favorite has to be the popcorn chicken and the takoyaki. The milk tea is not too sweet which is perfect for a simple and delicious meal.

Wow matcha red bean tea has an amazing roasted like flavor. Drink flavor and service was 5/5 tapioca balls was 4/5 (consistency was good but not great).

Really expensive and they don’t honor a honest customer loyalty program. They offer only $3.25 off after you buy 10 drinks which is only half price of 1 drink. Normal rewards programs offer at least 1 free drink or $5-6 off so that you can get a regular drink.In addition they don’t even stamp for the second drink that you pay for!Very cheap company that does not value customer loyalty. Save your money and go somewhere else.

To make merely 2 drinks for me and my good friend??? Why did it take that long? Perhaps God was protecting us from something harmful outside it's doors.
