I don't get why the previous review on Happy Cow focused solely on customer service—let's save that for Google Maps or Yelp and focus on the vegan options! The shift lead, Victoria O'Brien, displayed immaturity and unprofessional behavior that alienated customers. There were instances where she misled both customers and employees, resulting in terrible customer service. Her personal approach failed to respect the group's policies and distorted valid customer interactions.
