What User doesn't like about Toribio:
I ordered food and waited over 30 minutes for it to arrive. When it finally did, I was disappointed with the presentation; it appeared lackluster and unprofessional. The food was cold, and I had to put in a lot of effort just to get my order acknowledged. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, but I would prefer to order in person rather than over the phone. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 2 out of 5... View all feedback.
I just moved to the neighborhood and was a little hesitant to order food at this place. Thank God I finally decided to step in and order a simple plate of rice, maduros, and chicken breast and beans. The food was so damn delicious. And it was a huge portion. I swear I almost teared from happiness. Definitely gonna be my new go to spot
The cucumber salad, is like no other, I also like the seafood salad, but I think they use imitation crab, farm raised shrimp. But it's still good though. There is one young man there, who is really pleasant. He provides great customer service.
I've been ordering from Toribio for years now, one of the best places for Dominican food.Food: 5/5
I usually get the chicken and the cucumber salad, which is good. The beans have no taste. They hardly speak English, so they always mess up on the order . Then there is only a lady that changes the price every single time . I say that because I never Pau the same price for my order.Food: 2/5
