The Chimi Burger was served on two tostones instead of traditional buns. Both dishes were fresh, hot, and full of flavor! For drinks, we tried the Harlem Sugarhill Blonde Ale and the Artisanal Fulton Amber Ale. The Harlem Sugarhill paired perfectly with our meal, while the Artisanal Ale had a sweet, delightful flavor. I also sampled the Gunhill Gose, a sour beer with a surprising hint of peanut butter and jelly—it was oddly enjoyable! The bartenders were attentive and eager to answer all our questions. I would definitely return to explore the different taps and dishes!
